MyB Sports is designed to work fully offline. Your training data stays on your device. We do not track you, we do not sell data, and we do not use third-party analytics.
1. Who we are
This application ("MyB Sports", "the App") is published by KI Frisia B.V., acting as the data controller under applicable privacy laws.
MyB Sports is a privacy-first app. All content you create — training sessions, coach boards, movement replays, weekly goals — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's on-device storage (SwiftData and UserDefaults). We do not operate servers that receive your personal data. We do not have accounts, logins, or user profiles.
Because nothing leaves your device by default, we do not collect personal data in the legal sense unless you proactively send it to us (for example, by emailing our support address).

If you email ceo@kifrisia.com, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We process this information only to respond to you and keep a reasonable record of support communications. Legal basis (EU/EEA/UK GDPR): legitimate interest in providing support and our pre-contractual / contractual relationship with you.
5. Apple App Store data
When you install or update the App, Apple may collect information such as crash reports, app installs, and performance metrics through the App Store, independently of us. This processing is governed by Apple's privacy policy. We may review aggregated, non-identifying App Store Connect analytics. We do not receive your Apple ID or identifiable profile from Apple.
6. No tracking, advertising, or analytics SDKs
MyB Sports does not embed any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or fingerprinting SDK. There are no cookies. There is no IDFA request. There is no data sold, shared for cross-context behavioral advertising, or used to build profiles.
7. Permissions
The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, calendar, photos, health data, or motion sensors. It uses only standard haptic feedback when enabled.
8. Retention
Data on your device is retained until you delete it, reset the App, or uninstall the App (at which point iOS removes all app data). Support emails are retained for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted.
9. Your rights — EU / EEA / UK (GDPR)
If you are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, you have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to processing of your personal data; data portability; and the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (e.g. the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands).
Because app data stays on your device, you can exercise most of these rights directly by editing or deleting content in the App. For data we hold through support email, contact ceo@kifrisia.com and we will respond within 30 days.
10. Your rights — United States
Depending on your state (California/CCPA-CPRA, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, and port the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not process sensitive personal information beyond what is strictly necessary. To exercise your rights, email ceo@kifrisia.com with the subject "Privacy Request".
11. Your rights — Canada (PIPEDA and provincial laws)
If you are in Canada, you have the right to access and correct the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent to its processing. You may also file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or a provincial privacy commissioner (Quebec, Alberta, British Columbia). Contact: ceo@kifrisia.com.
12. Children's privacy
MyB Sports is suitable for users of all ages and does not contain features that collect personal information. We do not knowingly process personal information of children under 16 (EU/EEA/UK), under 13 (United States — COPPA), or under the applicable age of consent in other jurisdictions. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through support email, contact us and we will delete it.
13. International transfers
Support emails sent to ceo@kifrisia.com may be stored on email infrastructure located in the European Union. If personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or other valid transfer mechanisms.
14. Security
We rely on Apple's platform security — your data sits inside the App's sandboxed storage on your device, protected by iOS. For support emails, we rely on standard email provider security. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the App or in applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" above. Material changes will be highlighted in the App on the next launch.
